Windows takes working path first, so in the event that LMMS is started out-of-directory, Carla's OK.
P.S: Some of these ask email or registration, also some sites like dsk or other are not mentioned because their plugins are present on vst4free and other sites. When I start LMMS from CMD, it sets the working path to C:\Users\owner, which does not contain the DLLs needed by Carla. (Samples, only vocals need attributions) (Virtual Playing Orchestra HQ samples, just add reverb to make it more real) t-plugins/ (Native Instruments Free VSTs)
